Return Policy:

R&R Windows and Doors, LLC has a No Return Policy on windows and doors. All of our window and door orders are made up by the manufacturer as they come in. The manufacturer does not accept returns and neither can we. All sales are final.

R&R Windows and Doors, LLC Parts Return Policy – 20% restocking fee on all new (stocking) parts returned in saleable condition. No returns accepted on reconditioned parts or new parts that are not resalable or on special order items. Customer is responsible for freight on returned parts.

Collection Policy:

Any past due accounts will be assessed a late fee by R&R Windows and Doors, LLC – the rate of which is the highest allowed by the law.

Any checks returned unpaid to R&R Windows and Doors, LLC due to insufficient funds or otherwise, will have a minimum $35.00 fee assessed.

The customer is responsible for any and all expenses incurred by R&R Windows and Doors, LLC in the collection of a past due account including collection costs and any and all legal fees.

Customer responsible for sales taxes outside of Boulder, Commerce City & Denver Colorado.

R&R Windows and Doors exercises the right to refuse service to any customer.
