Product Description
Due to assembled screens being continually damaged during shipment we only well screens Knocked Down. Which also saves our customers money as we do not have to build a crate for them but ship them in tubes that protect the screen frame.
Goldtone finish has been brought back by the manufacture as of 6/11/18
Wood rapped screens only come Assembled and will NOT come with lift rail!
Due to higher UPS shipping cost of larger screens and crating required to ship out assembled screens we have added our knocked down screen option as an more economical option. See part number AscreenKD.

How To Order New Screen for Awning Window:
Aluminum/Wood (4/6/09 to Present) and Current Wood/Wood Screen Lift Rail / Plunger Call Out Formula:
Screen Width - 1.062 (1 1/16") = Glass Width / Call Out
Screen Height - 0.50 (1/2") = Glass Width / Call Out
Aluminum/Wood (Prior to 4/6/09) Call Out Formula:
Screen Width - 1.04687 = Glass Width / Call Out
Screen Height - 0.50 = Glass Width / Call Out
Wood/Wood Plunger Style Screen Formula:
Screen Width - 1.09375 (1 3/32") = Glass Width / Call Out
Screen Height - 0.50 (1/2") = Glass Width / Call Out
To find the Hurd Call Out Size, measure the visible glass width and visible glass height of your window sash. Then round your measurement up to the next odd inch.
Example: If your visible glass measurement is 18 1/4" wide x 26 1/4" Height. Then round up to the next odd inch. Your call out / what you would order would be 19 x 27
Manufacture Dates: Plunger Style Screens made from 1998 and Prior. Lift Raile Screen made from 01/1998 to Present
Helpful Tip: Plunger style screens will fit all Casement windows, regardless of manufacture date. Lift Rail type screens are not interchangeable with Plunger style screens made 1998 to Prior.

When you order screens based on the Call Out if you would like to include your screen size please put screen measurements in the order comment box along with the Call Out it corresponds too. If you do this screens will be ordered from the factory using your screen size you give us. Again please be exact on your screen size measurements down to the 16th of an inch and must be entered as Width X Height. There are no returns.
