Screen Kit (knocked Down) assembly required. Kits comes with screen frame cut to size ordered, corners, screen mesh, spline and spline tool. Everything you need to make your screen.

Knocked Down (KD) Screen Pricing starts at $55.00 each. When you choose your size and see a (+###) that is the adder cost for the screen. This will be shown when you add to the shipping cart.
How To Order New Screen for Double Hung Or Single Hung Clad Window (click on picture for diagram):
Formulas - when you measure you screen you must be exact - to the 16th of an inch:
Aluminum/Wood DOUBLE HUNG (Non-tilt and Premium Tilt)
Screen Width - 3.625 = Glass Size / Call Out
Screen height - 7.09375 ÷ 2 = Glass Size / Call Out
Aluminum/Wood SINGLE HUNG (Non-tilt and Premium Tilt)
Screen Width - 3.625 = Glass Size / Call Out
Screen height - 7.09375 = Glass Size / Call Out
Wood/Wood DOUBLE HUNG (Non-tilt) & (Premium Tilt)
Screen Width - 3.875 = Glass Size / Call Out
Screen height - 6.8125 ÷ 2 = Glass Size / Call Out
Wood/Wood Singe HUNG (Non-Tilt) & (Premium Tilt)
Screen Width - 3.875 = Glass Size / Call Out
Screen height - 6.8125 = Glass Size / Call Out
To find the Hurd Call Out Size, measure the visible glass width and visible glass height of either top OR bottom window sash (see red arrows in picture). Then round your measurement up to the next even inch.
Example: If your visible glass measurement is 15 1/4" wide x 23 1/4" Height. Then round up to the next even inch. Your call out / what you would order would be 16 wide x 24 high
Screens will work on Compression Tilt, Easy Tilt and Concealed Jamb Liner, Kingsview/Monument Double Hung & Single Hung Hurd Wood/Clad Windows
For Vintage of window - if you choose "I don't know" one of R&R representatives will call you to help you determine.
For 40/60 or 60/40 Sash Splits please call to place your order as assistance will be needed to determine what screen size you need.
