Promo emails: Occasionally R&R Windows & Doors send coupon codes as a thank you to our past customers. If you would not like to be included in promo emails you can say so in comment the box of your order or contact R&R Windows & Doors directly and our team will remove your email from our promo emailing lists.
Website Security: Our website is powered by Yahoo! who uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information. Credit card information is SSL encrypted and once entered on Yahoo!, it will not be displayed back to customer or R&R in its entirety. Yahoo! maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect all other personal information.
Data Security: All critical data on R&R computers is password protected and only authorized personnel have access to such. Credit card information is destroyed immediately after payment of an order is made. Daily backups are made and stored offsite in a secure location.

Credit Card Processing: Only authorized personnel are allowed to process credit card payments. Credit card information is destroyed immediately after payment of an order is made. Our service provider is responsible for maintaining proper security of cardholder data and for maintaining proper controls to protect all data of our in a secure manner.
