I replaced a broken wooden handle and latch assembly on a 25 yo Hurd patio slider. Quick and easy part search, easy to tell it was the correct part from online pictures, easy to order, free shipping, exactly correct part and matches original wood, minutes to install, looks great. They mailed me samples at no cost so I could compare the weatherstrip with the strips in my windows that needed replaced. I was absolutely sure I was purchasing the correct replacement prior to ordering 300 ft of the product. Price was cheapest I found anywhere and shipping was free. Package arrived in a few days with no problems and well packaged. They also gave me some install hints over phone that turned out to be a great help with install. Star, It’s Friday morning and I just had to tell you what a pleasure it has been working with your family. Talk about professionals, Ron and Ronnie are true pros! You too have been great in putting it all together and making all this happen. Of course, at the top of my mind – the cleaning, the house cleaning afterword was minimal. Except for some vacuuming, all was back in place before the evening was over. I have a house painter that does a beautiful job, but when she leaves, I now call in assistance to get my home back in order. I contacted R&R Window Service to repair a Hurd window that had developed a leak. I explained the type of windows I have and they did the rest. An appointment was scheduled in advance and I was contacted when the installers were close so I did not have to sit home and wait. The installers were fast, professional and efficient. They noticed a slight defect in the first window installed, I am not sure I would have caught it, and immediately took pictures and arranged to have it replaced. They researched the type of window for a perfect match and followed up when the new window was in. I would recommend R&R for new or replacement windows. They are knowledgeable and very professional.
